What Mamas Are Saying

“This podcast is a must listen! Totally raw, real, and SO helpful in learning about what our bodies, hearts, and minds need after giving birth. So funny, ridiculously relatable, and if you don’t have many friends like myself it’s the best coffee/wine date a girl could ask for.”

“I’m so happy I found this podcast. They don’t shy away from topics that society has taught us to keep quiet about. They have a fierce advocacy for all things women and mothers and I walk away feeling empowered.”

“Thank you for bringing comedy and lightness to the MANY topics in relation to child birth, postpartum, and etc. You rock!”

Our Mission

Our goal is to change the narrative around motherhood by encouraging Mamas everywhere to FIND themselves through motherhood instead of feeling like they need to LOSE their identity once they have children. Recent studies have shown that happy moms raise children with fewer mental health problems. By including evidence-based knowledge from our backgrounds as well as from guest experts we hope to present a well rounded, approachable, and fun way for Mamas to prioritize their health, well-being, and sanity as they embark on the crazy journey we call motherhood.
