The group discusses how challenging colic can be on a mama, and Sharmon serves up some tips to help manage the mom guilt + anxiety associated with it. Colic is no joke, but the group manages to incorporate humor throughout this episode, so much so that Sharmon declares it to be her "ab workout for the day!"
