Amy is a personal trainer and fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience. After many years of working in gyms, and as a busy mom of 2, Amy wanted to find a way to make fitness accessible to everyone. Amy, along with Dr. Marcy and Alyson, have a serious conversation about appropriate exercises during and after pregnancy to help during the postpartum period.
