Darcey is co-owner and CEO of Shine Cosmetics, the positive voice in beauty. Committed to being the leader in removing the sexualization of women in the beauty industry, Shine Cosmetics is determined to help women recognize their true beauty by creating high quality, easy to use products that highlight the very best features of the unique and bright women who wear them. Darcey has an extensive background in B2B and B2C marketing and entrepreneurship and is a champion for women in business. Connection is everything to her and she hopes that every interaction she has leaves the other person feeling inspired, beautiful and loved.
A small town girl at heart, Darcey lives in Utah with Bevan, her husband of 27 years. Her favorite titles are Mom and Mimi – she has been blessed with incredible children and their spouses- Alyssa (Tim), Averie (Hunter) and Brooks; grandchildren, Bea, Axl and another baby boy arriving in December. She loves spending time with family and friends around a table of great food, and cheering on her son in his athletics. Her definition of heaven is the beach, a good book, a little football talk and a Diet Coke with fresh lime (extra ice) with nachos on the side.
